1. After cleansing, dispense the toner onto a cotton pad or palms.
2. Sweep gently across the skin with the cotton pad, or apply directly with your hands.
3. Pat lightly until the formula is absorbed.
4. For targeted hydration, soak a thin cotton pad with the toner.
5. Place the soaked pad on the desired area, then remove and pat in the remaining essence.
