How to use
- After cleansing, dispense the toner onto a cotton pad or palms.

- Pat lightly until the formula is absorbed.
- For targeted hydration, soak a thin cotton pad with the toner.
- Place the soaked pad on the desired area, then remove and pat in the remaining essence.
