How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 1 to 2 Working days and is free on every order across the UAE. Express is available at checkout for next business-day delivery (AED 20).
What is your return policy?
Change-of-mind returns within 1 day of delivery on unused, unopened items; damaged or defective items within 3 days. See our Refund policy for full details.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All Seoul Routine products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Many are also vegan-friendly.
