Where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and how returns and refunds work.
Order processing and shipping times
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Public holidays or circumstances outside our control can occasionally add a delay. If your order is running late, message us and we will chase it for you.
Customs may ask for your national ID number and its expiry date. Having them ready keeps delivery on time.
Delivery to Saudi Arabia
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your order total. Every order over SAR 200.00 ships free.

Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? Contact us with your order number within 1 day of delivery and we will tell you how to send it back for a return or exchange. To qualify:
- The product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging, in a condition we can resell.
- Anything bought as part of a set or bundle comes back as the complete set.
- Opened or used skincare cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
For change-of-mind returns or ordering mistakes, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund, and the original delivery fee is not refunded.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect details.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We arrange the return: message us and we will tell you how to send it back. Free for anything damaged, wrong or not as described.
A note on packaging: small dents or scuffs on the outer box can happen in transit. They do not affect the product inside and are not treated as damage.
Refunds
- Returned items take 2–5 business days to reach our warehouse. We process the refund once the item is received and inspected; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Customs fees for orders to Saudi Arabia
Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia clear customs on arrival. These fees are set by Saudi Arabia, not by us.

- GCC customers pay any customs duties or fees their country’s laws require, on delivery.
- For GCC change-of-mind returns, return shipping and any customs fees paid are deducted from the refund.
