These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online store and related services operated by Seoul Routine FZE ("Seoul Routine FZE," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including any purchases made through our online store.

Article 1 (Overview)

Seoul Routine FZE is a company established in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and specializes in the online sale of Korean skincare products to customers located in the UAE only.

By accessing, browsing or placing an order through our online store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Article 2 (Acceptance of Terms)

If you use our online store, you agree to follow these Terms and any other applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. By continuing to use our online store after any such update, you accept the revised Terms.

Article 3 (Definitions)

3.1 "Company" refers to the legal entity duly incorporated and licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating the e-commerce platform.

3.2 "You" refers to any individual who accesses the online store to use the services provided, including browsing, logging in, and purchasing products, without any mandatory subscription or membership requirement.

3.3 "User" refers to any individual who accesses the online store to use the services provided, including browsing, logging in, and purchasing products, without any mandatory subscription or membership requirement.

Article 4 (Eligibility to Use Our Services)

To use our services and place orders, you must:

  • be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law;
  • be at least 21 years old or access our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
  • reside in or place orders for delivery within the UAE; and
  • provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse access to our services, suspend accounts, or cancel orders where eligibility requirements are not met.

Article 5 (Scope of Services)

Seoul Routine FZE operates an online store through which customers in the UAE can browse and purchase Korean skincare products offered by us, subject to availability and acceptance of the order. Our services also include allowing users to create and use a customer account for placing orders, providing customer support in relation to orders and products, and communicating with customers regarding their purchases, delivery, returns, refunds, or other service-related matters.

Our online store and services are made available for lawful use only. You may not use our services in any way that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to Seoul Routine FZE, its operations, or other users. We reserve the right to limit or refuse access to our services where we reasonably believe that a user is acting in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Article 6 (Access and Account)

6.1 Login and Order Details — To place an order through our online store, you may be required to log in or provide certain information during the checkout process. You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, including your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information.

6.2 Security of Login Details — You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of any login details or verification credentials used to access our services;
  • restricting access to your device or account, where applicable;
  • ensuring that the information and activities submitted through your login or checkout are authorized by you; and
  • notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access, suspected misuse, or security issue relating to your use of our services.

We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details, device, or information secure.

6.3 Refusal, Restriction, or Cancellation — We may refuse, restrict, or cancel access to our services or any order if we reasonably believe that the information provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading; your login or use of our services is fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized; or continued access or use may expose Seoul Routine FZE, other users, or third parties to risk or harm.

Article 7 (Product Information, Availability, and Pricing)

7.1 Product Information — Our product range includes skincare, beauty, and personal care items such as cleansers, toners, serums, sunscreens, and hair care products. We seek to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, ingredients, usage guidance, and pricing are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. However, packaging may vary from images, colors may appear differently depending on device settings, certain information may be based on supplier or manufacturer materials, and typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occasionally occur. Nothing constitutes a guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current at all times.

7.2 Availability — All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products at any time, reject or cancel orders if products become unavailable, and substitute packaging or update product presentation where necessary, provided the product itself remains materially consistent.

7.3 Pricing — All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and apply to orders for delivery within the UAE only. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect an order after it has been accepted by us, except in cases of obvious pricing error. Prices may exclude delivery charges (shown at checkout) and are subject to any applicable taxes, fees, or charges required under UAE law.

Article 8 (Payment Terms)

We accept payment methods made available by us from time to time, including online payments through secure payment gateways, such as PayTabs, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.

Prepaid orders are processed immediately after successful payment. COD orders are placed in a pending confirmation status and are processed after confirmation. To confirm a COD order before dispatch, we may send an automated WhatsApp message or call to verify the delivery address and confirm the order.

By submitting payment details or selecting a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method; the billing and payment information is accurate, complete, and up to date; sufficient funds or credit are available; and the transaction is lawful and authorized.

If payment authorization fails, payment is declined, or we are unable to confirm payment or COD availability, we may reject, delay, or cancel the order. If a customer refuses a COD order at delivery without a valid reason, we may restrict that customer’s access to COD. We may use third-party payment service providers to process payments securely and do not store full payment card details unless expressly authorized.

Article 9 (Order Placement, Acceptance, and Cancellation)

9.1 Order Placement — When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submission, including selected products, quantities, delivery address, contact details, and payment information.

9.2 Order Acceptance — An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, whether by express confirmation, dispatch confirmation, or such other notice as we may provide. Any automated acknowledgment merely confirms receipt and does not by itself constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, or the order cannot be fulfilled for operational or legal reasons.

9.3 Cancellation by the Company — We may cancel an order before dispatch if necessary for stock, payment, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons. If payment has already been collected, we will process a refund in accordance with our applicable refund procedures.

9.4 Cancellation by the Customer — A customer may cancel an order at any time before handover to the courier, without charge. If cancellation is requested after handover to the courier, the customer shall bear the full delivery charges, and the order will be treated under the applicable return and refund provisions.

Article 10 (Delivery)

We deliver products within the UAE only. Orders must have a valid UAE delivery address; we do not accept international orders unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any delivery times displayed are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to stock unavailability, courier issues, force majeure, public holidays, regulatory checks, address verification, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery is deemed completed when the order is delivered to the address provided or otherwise received by you (or an authorized third party). You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate, that someone is available to receive the order if required, and that any special delivery instructions are lawful, safe, and practicable.

If the customer is unavailable, the order may be left at the doorstep or another delivery point where permitted and feasible; delivery is then deemed completed and responsibility passes to the customer. If delivery fails due to the customer, the order may be returned to the warehouse and a new delivery fee may be charged in advance for re-shipment. For prepaid orders cancelled after return to warehouse, the customer is refunded the product price only, and the original courier delivery fee may be deducted.

Return and pickup charges are borne by the party responsible for the return: we bear the cost where due to our error or a verified product issue; the customer bears it for change-of-mind returns. Delivery fees are non-refundable except where the product is verified as damaged or the issue is due to our error. For COD orders, refunds are not made in cash through the delivery agent; returned products are inspected at the warehouse, then any approved refund is processed by bank transfer or store credit.

Article 11 (Returns and Refunds)

Damaged or defective items may be eligible for return if the request is submitted within 3 days of delivery and the customer provides reasonable proof (clear photos and an unboxing video of the delivered package, outer and inner packaging, the item, and the shipping label/order details). If verified, we may, at our discretion and subject to law, replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Change-of-mind returns are permitted within 1 day of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Otherwise the return may be refused. Change-of-mind returns are made at your cost and original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items (except where verified damaged or defective on delivery) include opened or used products and hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. We may request additional information or evidence, and may review repeated claims associated with the same customer, account, address, payment method, or ordering pattern for quality-control and fraud-prevention purposes, denying claims that cannot be reasonably substantiated. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval and inspection; non-refundable charges may be excluded or deducted.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property)

All content made available through our online store — including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, product listings, videos, layouts, software, and compilations of content — is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Seoul Routine FZE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, republish, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, display, sell, license, or exploit content; use our trade names, trademarks, logos, or branding; extract or reuse substantial parts of our online store; or use data mining, scraping, bots, or similar automated tools. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Article 13 (Permitted and Prohibited Use)

You may use our online store solely for legitimate personal shopping and information purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You must not:

  • use our online store for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose;
  • submit false account, payment, or delivery information;
  • interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of our online store;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material;
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or databases;
  • circumvent authentication or security features;
  • reproduce, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
  • use our online store in any way that may damage the reputation, business, or rights of Seoul Routine FZE or third parties.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach and take appropriate action, including suspension of access, order cancellation, account termination, and referral to relevant authorities.

Article 14 (Disclaimers)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our online store and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times; we do not warrant freedom from delays, omissions, inaccuracies, or technical defects; and we do not guarantee that product content, recommendations, or materials will meet every user’s expectations. Nothing in our online store constitutes medical, dermatological, or healthcare advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Seoul Routine FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profit, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from use of, or inability to use, our online store; delays, interruptions, or technical failures; product unavailability; unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure credentials; or inaccuracies or omissions in content.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to a product order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. Nothing limits or excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded by law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Article 16 (Indemnity)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seoul Routine FZE, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our online store, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful act or omission by you.

Article 17 (Force Majeure)

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where it results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failure, governmental action, or courier or supply chain disruption. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the relevant event to the extent reasonably necessary.

Article 18 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with our online store, any order, or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. If not resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the UAE, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that may apply.

Article 19 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 20 (Waiver)

No failure or delay by Seoul Routine FZE in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise prevent any further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.

Article 21 (Entire Agreement)

These Terms, together with any policies or legal notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seoul Routine FZE in relation to your use of our online store and purchases made through it, and supersede any prior understanding relating to the same subject matter.
